This booklet of the Comptroller's Licensing Manual provides the OCC's policies and procedures pertaining to management interlocks, as defined in the Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act, 12 USC 3201–3208, (Interlocks Act). Banks interested in establishing a management interlock should review the OCC's regulation, 12 CFR 26, before submitting a filing for an interlock exemption.
