Proposed Issuances
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) periodically solicits public comment on proposed rules, guidance, and other matters. The agency publishes these notices for public comment through the Federal Register and will announce significant matters in news releases published to OCC.gov.
As a reference, the following are the types of Federal Register issuances:
ANPR = Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
IFR = Interim Final Rule
NPR = Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
PG = Proposed Guidance
OM = Other Matter
